Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail

Tangy and sweet this Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail is a fun drink for a girls night in.:: Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail ::

What do you have planned for the weekend? I know it’s only Tuesday, but I am thinking of sunshine, a couple girl friends, and a fun pink drink… such as this Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail.  Why not make it girls night-in and whip up a few of these for some of your favorite gal pals and binge on the oldie but goodie reruns of Sex and The City?  The perfect combination, I think!

I am really trying to make more time to actually write down, in my calendar, some girl time.  Is that sad that I might have to really try hard to plan it out? Two kids and a fire schedule {and just life in general} can do it to you.  Yup, I have the total “mom” social life that I had no idea would happen.  Sometimes I think I socialize more with the school crossing guard than I do with my favorite gal pals.  So, I made this Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail as a means that I WILL be more social come spring and summer, and I WILL have more girls nights-in.  With my backyard ready for a party and a comfy couch with plenty of room for a few girls, I WILL make this cocktail, and I will remember why I love being a girl!  Sometimes….it just gets lost in the mix of being a mom.  Try these Blushing Grapefruit Cocktails in your favorite glass and serve!  Let us know what you have planned for your girls night!

This pretty pink Blushing Grapefruit Cocktail is tangy and refreshing. A fun cocktail to say "cheers" with your gal pals.
