Almond Butter Honey Yogurt Dip
This simple kid-friendly recipe uses only a few ingredients {and no refined sugars} to create a tasty dip... perfect for an afternoon snack!

- 1 cup plain greek yogurt {I used Chobani}
- 2 tablespoons almond butter {or natural peanut butter}
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 ripe banana {optional}
*If you decide to mix in a ripe banana, decrease the honey in the recipe by half. The banana will add natural sweetness!
Using a food processor, combine the plain greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, and {optional} banana.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately as a dip for sliced fruit, pretzels, crackers, and/or spread on a bagel! Enjoy!
