Watermelon Lemonade
Refreshing yet tangy cocktail or mocktail. This lemonade is a wonderful drink on a hot day!

- 2 large lemons-quartered
- 1 handful of mint
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 medium watermelon-blended
- 1 1/2 cups blood orange vodka love, love Skyy Infusions Blood Orange Vodka
- Ice for serving
Quarter the two lemons.
Squeeze and dump the lemons into the bottom of a pitcher.
Add the brown sugar and mint.
Mix together and muddle the mint into the lemon mixture.
Cut up the half of the watermelon removing from the rind.
Place a quarter of the watermelon into a blender and blend until smooth.
Continue with the remainder of the watermelon.
Using a sieve or strainer, pour the watermelon juice into the pitcher a little at a time.
Next pour the optional vodka into the pitcher.
Mix together and pour over ice.
This drink is a wonderful celebration drink. It pairs well with spicy food. With the vodka being optional, this Watermelon Lemonade is a must for your next get together. Cheers!
