:: Weekend Lovelies ::

I’m just dreamin’ of Hawaii over here… reminiscing of my trip to Maui {which seems like a distant memory at this point}! I came across this print {which you see above ^^^} and loved it! You should see the others! Anyway… after a long week {with my husby away at work for days and days on end}, I’m also dreaming of warm, laid-back summer days, eating alfresco,  family getaways, and gatherings with close friends and family! How about you? Any fun plans for the summer that you’re daydreaming about?

This weekend for lovelies, we have a fun mix of pretty summer things! We hope that you’re as smitten with them, as we are! In case you missed this week’s posts… you can take a peek at them here and here! {xo}

  1. Loving this shop on etsy for modern party goods, invites, and custom stationary!
  2. This perfectly designed  house in the LBC! {Swoon!}
  3. 3 reboot, superfood juice recipes!
  4. The latest set of watercolors from Design Love Fest to dress your tech!
  5. Easy dinners made from these fresh ingredients delivered to your door!
  6. Crafting classes that you can take at home! Cake decorating, anyone?
  7. This Pinterest board just makes me happy! Pretty pastels….
  8. How about these summer recipes from our girl over at Pinch of Yum?!!
  9. Just a little washi tape and some fun stickers to make these {DIY} colorful wooden flatware!

:: Weekend Lovelies ::

Welcome August! How can it be? Summer seems to be fleeting and some of us will be hearing the ringing of school bells shortly.  Sara is busily preparing for a year of home schooling, and I am trying to learn to breathe from a little bit of anxiety I have for First Grade. Life changes and new experiences often create a little anxiety. I know Sara and I have often spoken about ways to handle worry in a positive manner. While preparing for Weekend Lovelies, I came across this beautiful picture {image via thereislovetobefound} above, as well as, a piece of advice from Soulseeds, “When anxiety is crowding out joy, take in a larger perspective. If your direction seems all-wrong, look for a larger right. If things are falling apart, raise your sights to see something better falling together. Be willing to say “no” in order to clear the way for a much deeper “YES!” Perspective makes life feel SO spacious.” So let out a deep “OM” and enjoy some of our beautiful weekend picks! {xo} [Read more…]

  • 19 Core-Strengthening Exercises | POPSUGAR Fitness
  • For rapid leg weight loss, a combination of intense cardio and targeted leg exercises is key. High-impact activities like running, cycling, or jumping rope burn calories and reduce overall body fat. Adding exercises like squats, lunges, and leg lifts tones and strengthens the leg muscles, giving them a more defined, lean look. Pairing these exercises with a healthy, balanced diet will accelerate the process. #RapidLegWeightLoss #SexyLegs #FitnessJourney #LegToning #FatBurning #StrongLegs #CardioForLegs #HealthyLifestyle #LegDayWorkout
