Ingredients
To make the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream:

milk

heavy cream

tablespoon
vanilla
1/4
cup
malted milk powder
3/4
cup
sugar
1/3
cup
chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Malt Mixings:
2
tablespoons
chocolate syrup
1
cup
milk
2
tablespoons
marshmallow bits
2
graham crackers
ice
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk 1 cup milk, vanilla, sugar, and malted milk powder until mixed and dissolved.
Add the heavy cream and mix until incorporated.
Add the mixture to an ice cream mixer and churn for 20 minutes.
Add the chocolate chunks and mix for another 5 minutes.
Remove the ice cream and place in a freezer container for 2 hours.
Once firm, add three scoops of ice cream to the base of a blender.
Add the malt fixings of, chocolate syrup, milk, marshmallow bits, graham crackers, and ice.
Blend until frothy and smooth.
Notes
This S'mores Malt can be made semi-homemade with store bought chocolate chip ice cream.
