  • 2 cups rolled old fashioned *oats
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds coarsely chopped
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chopped {approx. 1 1/4 cups}
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Coat an 8 x 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. {Leave 2 inches of parchment paper overhang on 2 sides of the pan.}
  • Melt the first three ingredients {almond butter, honey, and butter} in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and combined -- about 6 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients {oats, chopped almonds, chocolate and sea salt} until melted and well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. {Use a spatula coated in cooking spray to spread evenly.}
