- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 5 pitted dates
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- ice
In the base of a blender add the almond milk, banana, pumpkin, dates, protein powder, and ice.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Add some additional ingredients such as kale or Amazing Grass to this smoothie for a well balanced meal.
