Green Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup non fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 packet of stevia or 1/2 tsp. of agave syrup.

Instructions

  • In the pitcher of a blender add almond milk.
  • Then add banana, kale, frozen berries, and Greek Yogurt.
  • Add a 1/2 packet of stevia for taste or a 1/2 tsp. of agave syrup.
  • Turn on blender and blend until smooth.
