Avocado Toast
Healthy toast topped with a layer of mayo, sliced avocados, a fresh squeeze of lemon, and a dash of sea salt/pepper! A delicious breakfast or quick afternoon snack!

- 2 pieces of sliced bread toasted
- 1 ripe avocado sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons of 'Hampton Creek Just Mayo' {or other mayonnaise}
- 1 fresh lemon wedge
- dash of sea salt & pepper
- chili pepper flakes {optional}
Prepare two slices of toast.
Spread with a layer of mayo, sliced avocados, a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and a dash of sea salt/pepper.
For more heat, add a few red pepper flakes - optional.
