Healthy toast topped with a layer of mayo, sliced avocados, a fresh squeeze of lemon, and a dash of sea salt/pepper! A delicious breakfast or quick afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sliced bread toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons of 'Hampton Creek Just Mayo' {or other mayonnaise}
  • 1 fresh lemon wedge
  • dash of sea salt & pepper
  • chili pepper flakes {optional}

Instructions

  • Prepare two slices of toast.
  • Spread with a layer of mayo, sliced avocados, a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and a dash of sea salt/pepper.
  • For more heat, add a few red pepper flakes - optional.
  • Enjoy!
