Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie

This healthy smoothie is packed full of protein + powerful antioxidants! Using fresh raspberries, greek yogurt & vanilla... this smoothie is energizing!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt {I used 0% Total Fage}
  • 1 small carton of fresh raspberries {approx. 1 cup}
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey {depending on sweetness preference}
  • 1-2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Add the water, apple juice, yogurt, raspberries, vanilla, honey, and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  • Pour into glasses and serve cold. Enjoy!
