Ingredients
1/2cupfiltered water
1/2cupapple juice
1cupplain Greek yogurt {I used 0% Total Fage}
1small carton of fresh raspberries {approx. 1 cup}
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3-4tablespoonshoney {depending on sweetness preference}
1-2cupsice
Instructions
Add the water, apple juice, yogurt, raspberries, vanilla, honey, and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
