  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  1. In the base of the blender fill with almond milk, peanut butter, protein powder, banana, spinach, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with a sprinkling of chia seeds.
