Salsa Verde Turkey Chili

  • 1 pound ground turkey meat
  • 1 can white kidney beans
  • 2 jars of salsa verde
  • 1 bag of frozen fire roasted bell peppers
  • avocado
  • tortilla chips
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Turn on crock-pot to low
  2. Add turkey meat, drained kidney beans, and bell peppers to the crock-pot
  3. Pour the 2 jars of salsa verde over the mixture.
  4. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 on high.
  5. Top with crumbled tortilla chips, sour cream, and avocado
